Novations Announces On-line Embracing Inclusion
BOSTON, January 24, 2007 — Novations
Group has announced Embracing Inclusion™, new
on-line modules designed to help create an inclusive work
environment. The new product may be used as a stand-alone
offering, as pre-work for an instructor-led class or as
reinforcement for ongoing inclusion efforts.
Embracing Inclusion is intended for any individual
contributor in an organization, but especially for those who
have limited time for training, are hearing impaired, are
contractors or vendors, and those for whom English is not
their first language.
The new product, which requires up to two hours, includes
audio, video, online exercises, discovery questions and
skill practice.
