Michael D. Siegel

Mr. Siegel has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, most recently with Global Household Brands where he first served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and later as Co-President. Mr. Siegel was a key contributor in the company-wide operational improvement as well as in the eventual sale to WD-40 Company in April 2001. He has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Amerifoods, Inc., President of the Anderson Bakery division of Amerifoods, Inc. and as a Group Leader for Nabisco Snack Food brands.

Timothy A. Hogan

Mr. Hogan has over 35 years of senior level operating and marketing experience, most recently with Dermablend, Inc. where, as President and Chief Executive Officer, he was instrumental in both the revenue and company-wide operational improvement as well as the eventual sale, as a division of Carson, Inc., to L’Oreal in July of 2000. Prior to Dermablend, Mr. Hogan was founder of S&H Global Marketing, a management consulting firm specializing in merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Hogan also served 12 years in various senior level positions, including two as President, at Charles Of The Ritz Group, Ltd. Mr. Hogan began his career with Masonite Corporation as an industrial engineer. 


Robert V. Reynen

Mr. Reynen has over 30 years of service in the employee benefits field as the former owner of Reynen Associates, an employee benefits consulting and brokerage company specializing in assisting management in designing and reviewing current programs and negotiating with group insurance underwriters. Mr. Reynen is a specialist in managed care programs including self-funded and fully-funded insurance plans, flexible benefit tax advantaged cafeteria plans and 401(k) plans with a broad range of clients including National Car Rental System, Inc., the Bombay Company, Avis Car Rental, Gibson Greeting Cards, Anchor Hocking Glass and a host of medium and small companies in a wide variety of industries.

Mark T. Miller

Mark Miller, a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting, LLC, brings over 15 years experience in the management consulting field.  He leads the firm’s Finance Solutions practice in the southeast, where he assists clients with streamlining financial processes and managing corporate performance.  Mr. Miller has extensive experience with process engineering and developing plan-to-measure frameworks for his clients.
